Following a "centralized management, distributed empowerment" strategy, the center builds an integrated base combining high-performance computing, cross-domain collaboration, and start-up incubation.

Computing Center & Data Hub

The "heart" of the center, powering campus-wide AI R&D.

  • Green high-performance server room: advanced cooling, a campus GPU cluster (e.g. NVIDIA DGX), with reserved power and expansion capacity.
  • Data privacy & security room: an ISO 27001-compliant isolated space for medical, financial, and national-grade sensitive data.

Co-working & Interdisciplinary Hub

Breaking down barriers between departments, where technology meets domain knowledge.

  • AI consultation clinic & matchmaking area: open counters and small rooms for one-on-one project diagnosis with technical managers.
  • Vertical labs: spaces such as smart-healthcare, digital-law simulation, and smart-manufacturing prototyping, with dedicated hardware.

Industry–Academia Joint Lab

On-site corporate presence shortening the distance to market.

  • Enterprise offices: dedicated R&D workstations and fiber networking for day-to-day co-work with faculty and students.
  • PoC showcase: a results hall presenting prototypes for investment, alumni visits, and international exchange.

Virtual Hub & Teleconference

Strengthening digital connectivity for the international-node positioning.

  • International video room: high-spec multipoint video for academic weeks, cross-border meetings, and remote training.
  • Immersive teaching space: AI-enabled scenarios supporting live and recorded micro-programs.
